Cannot create Grails project in EAP build 1045

Further to  my comment about build 839

I see that the same behaviour - skipping the select Grails version screen - has returned in build 1045, so I've had to revert to a working 12.1.6 to create the projects and then go back the EAP build to finish and test them. I hadn't found any previous issues with some small-scale testing in 1045. (Grails 2.3.2)
