No check for updates Help menu option on MacOSX.

This has dissappeared - I am sure that it was there in non EAP releases, perhaps under the application menu?

It should be under "IntelliJ IDEA" menu (left-most menu).

I have checked and there is no such option. I thought that there might have been for 11.1.2 but I got that wrong.

There is for AppCode:



But not for IntelliJ 11.1.2:



And not for IntelliJ 11.1.3 EAP (117.616):



Anyone else seeing this?
