Blur in the Editor in 117.37

Hi,

I can't use the last EAP (IU-117.37) because of a blur in the Editor, which makes me feel I need glasses. But remaining UI is normal, see attached screenshot.

I checked, the previous EAP (117.21) is OK. And I didn't notice any new settings which would be related.

NB: I'm on Vista.
