98.486 awful on OS X

Hello StanAccy,

Are there any exceptions reported?

The last two EAP builds have been almost unusable on OS X.  The latest
(98.486) doesn't compile properly and/or recompile the dependencies
correctly.  Its also not moving resource files around where it should.
98.382 is the best build yet.
