Don't work shortcuts in Ubuntu 14.04

Hi. I have Ubuntu+Kde and i don't want use shortcuts in intellij IDEA 14.0.2 even Ctrl+V and Ctrl+C don't work .
Can somebody explain me why?How i can fix this problem?
