90.137 still freezes on Refreshing VCS History

With 90.113, as it was the case with previous EAP, freezes most of the
times on Refreshing VCS History.

OsX 10.6.1
SVN 1.6.5

Moreover, the waiting dialog that displays tips & recommendation would
never close automatically. It has to be close manually.
