Resource Bundle Property Editor -> create new property

Hi,

something unrelated but also concerning Resource Bundle Property Editor.
It'd be very very handy if it could handle random set of files - that
you could be defined - other than just i18n resources.

For instance, maven filters files:
we have a set of filters-properties files, one per environment, with
the exact same set of properties. That sounds like a very similar
pattern to me.

files are for instance:
prod.filter.properties
dev.filter.properties
test.filter.properties

I just have to rename them and add an extension in the i18n style, like
enGB and the Resource Bundle Property Editor kicks in!

Idea is just a very tiny step away of providing a great maven filters
support, and even actually any type of properties sets!
