No intention light bulb when upgrading to IntelliJ Idea 14

I have just upgraded to the new IntelliJ Idea Ultimate 14 but I have a problem with the editor.
The light bulbs (red or yellow) of the Intentions have stopped appearing in the editor.
For example if I declare a class that extends an abstract class and I must implement an abstract method I mus do it from the menu (code -- > implement methods).
I want to be able to click the red bulb and get suggestions as it was the case with all the previous IntelliJ Idea versions.
Any ideas guys?
