Spring facet performance hit

Editor highlighting and intentions such as auto-import are slowed to a crawl when Spring facets are enabled.

I've logged http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-21912 and uploaded a CPU snapshot.

Is anyone noticing CPU spikes and editor intentions being delayed by several seconds when Spring facets are enabled?

Probably this is the same as this
http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEADEV-34712

I am using the plugin2.zip at the moment and it looks promising.

Thanks for the tip -- I'll give those a shot and report back.

The new plugins are definitely faster, though not in all cases.

The latest iteration of these plugins (available in the bug referenced above) are much, much faster!
