9731 hanging

if increasing heap size does not help, please, file JIRA request with

i got this from "submit perforamce feedback", just after the project loaded.  let me know if  i shuodl be doing anything else.

shoudl i refactor, see it hang, and then do the perf feedback?  the one i uploaded would capture teh project opening pauses..i think.
