Anyone used "Generate Wsdl from Java Code" successfully out-of-the-box?

I've tried to generate in 8 (9013) and 9144 and get this exception in IDEA:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/axis/wsdl/Java2WSDL

We aren't actually supposed to add these libraries for such built-in functionality, are we?
