7693: Completion popup in Ant propery editor broken

Hello Donald,

I love the auto completion for paths that the Ant property editor
provides (though it's a shame that it only works with the mouse on a
Mac). In the latest EAP (7693) this feature is broken - the little
popup shows up BEHIND the Ant dialog. I can move the dialog and see
it, but it is blocked and can't be clicked on.

This defect was present, but in 7695 it is avoided. (Checked on windows.)
