File -> Open Project: IDEA doesn't see read-only directories
When going to File -> Open Project IDEA doesn't display directories which are read-only .. :( Vista (damn, it's much shorter to type than "WinXP SP2", finally!), 7294

Just checked with 7312 - works Ok, IDEA does see all the folders when opening the project even if they're marked as "Read Only"
