If I have no activity marked as "current" in CC Explorer (see the screenshot) - checking out files from IDEA fails with message not explaining the actual reason.
Could you please check the plugin's behavior once more (e.g. taking nearest EAP build). Current behavior is to show a warning on startup telling that Checkout through IDEA will be problematic if no activity is set.

Yes, it works that way - I've seen this warning a number of times already. Btw, does it explicitly mention that Current Activity isn't set ? If I remember correctly - it only mentions that checkout will be problematic and I've figured out by myself why .. I just don't remember the exact wording.
Oh, here it is. How about changing the warning to something like "View xyz has no Current Activity set" ? Since that's how CC Explorer calls them - a "current" activity and not an "associated" one.
