Please make the facet finder shutup more easily

I am using M2. I just created a biggish project from my dev environment tree. And apparently it contains like 64 different web.xml files in different demo/test webapps. All but one or two of these I don't care about, and they aren't all in one handy place so that I can remove them in under 30 seconds (or even 5 minutes). So I would really appreciate it if you would provide more control for the facet finder/popup thingy. I just had to individually dismiss 64 green boxes which helpfully tell me about my various embedded weapps....

+10. Please, allow me to ignore this.

If we have to dismiss them via the little green boxes, please can the little green boxes stay around after one is dismissed rather than having to re-click on the little cog for every facet that's been detected.

Here's my UI suggestion.

After runnning the detection process, present all detected facets in a single
dialog.
The facets can be presented in a tree control with checkboxes: the topmost
branches represent the different types of facets detected.

That way I can toggle on/off whole groups of facets, or toggle a group off
and then only enable one item in that group.
Quite similar to how the Commit dialog works.

+10 - this is really annoying

Another questions is: how do I explicitly invoke facet autodetection?

I've removed all facets for a module, and now want to add some of them back - however I cannot find any action for this.

Agreed. If I dont want to use facets it should not bug me.
