IntelliJ 7.0 to run on JDK6?

I was curious if the JetBrains team was planning on having 7.0 final ship
with it running on JDK6? I know there are quite a bit of performance
improvements made in 6 and was hoping they could be taken advantage of out
of box :)

Thanks guys!

Yes, we're planning to build the Windows version of the final release of
IntelliJ IDEA 7.0 with JDK 6, and bundle JRE 6. The Mac version will continue
to be built with JDK 5.

I wish it was only on Linux.
Running Selena on JDK6/Win32 is equally miserable for me.

Even with "sun.java2d.noddraw=false" in idea.properties?

That helps. Still 1.5 is much more responsive when (wheel)scrolling.
