"Edit inspection profile setting" takes nowhere

On the video you may see how after choosing "Edit inspection profile setting" one receives a root of all inspections instead of specific inspection.

I've got the same problem after using the pop-up menu action. I have two inspection profiles and I have to switch back and forth between them to activate the inspection setting.
