Find usages:Ctrl+Shift+F4 does not close results panel if editor is focused

Build 7002, Windows XP SP2, Java 6:

I run "Find Usages", get results, click editor - the results panel loses focus and "Find Occurrences" becomes grayed out. Now I click CtrlShiftF4 but it doesn't close the results panel ! Now I have to focus it for CtrlShiftF4 to work :(

What's this "Subject" length limitation ? Very annoying ... :)
