IDEA 12 - OSGI facets not building

Maybe I'm missing something, but I am unable to have IDEA create the OSGI jar.

I create the project, create the module, create the OSGI facet, configure the bundle settings tab, the other tabs are default.

I do a rebuild, and the bundles are not avaialble in the folder.

I have tried many other combinations, setting the OSGI framework, setting "alwasys rebuild bundle" , and other variations on the output bundle path.

I used to be able to do this in IDEA 11 with ease.

Any help or obvious pointers would be appreciated.
