JSP Improvment!

Great job improving the JSP parser in Selena -- it works MUCH faster, throws
far fewer exceptions (during the few minutes that I've played with it), and
deals with the "interesting" (i.e. mind-numbingly terrible) JSP files that
I have to deal with for the project that I'm working on! Even reformatting
already seems to work much better.
