5231 and toolbar customizations

It seems something broke with toolbar customization in 5231.

I have a bunch of Perforce menu itmes in the toolbar (Update, Edit, Add,
Check-In, Revert, Compare with and Show History).

I got icons for all of them (png files). Only ones that appear in the
toolbar are Edit, Add and sometimes Revert (when I change the
customization). The rest have place holders (empty space).

Anyone else seeing this with other customizations?
