Cannot create Android projects

I cannot create any Android projects.  I get an error:

The project wasn't generated by 'android' tool.


Error: no `client' JVM at `C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\client\jvm.dll'.
Invalid path
ERROR: SWT folder '' does not exist.
Please set ANDROID_SWT to point to the folder containing swt.jar for your platform.

I already reinstalled my JSE and IntelliJ, but that didn't help.  I even checked and modified my registry setting for the location of jvm.dll.  What else should I do?
