Adding oracle data source for jidea 11.0.2

i have used the jdbc driver named ojdbc14_noneXe.jar to connect to the database. it worked :) FYI i'm not connecting to an local database it is a remote development database!

Create new Console run configuration in run configurations dialog and
add to "VM options" field something like:

-Duser.timezone="+06:00"

Then select this run configuration in Oracle data source
properties/Console tab.
