JSF Configuration file incorrectly highlights servlet <to-view-id> targets

I have submitted the same bug last month as
http://www.jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-7663
which has been marked "fixed". Apparently
the fix has not made it into the EAP yet :(
