IntelliJ, cygwin git.exe, github and corkscrew

Hi. im using intelliJ idea 11.0.2, with github, behind a corporate proxy
I want to work with my reporsitory from inside IDEA.

at this moment, my setup is working from the cli (cygwin bash), but i want to let intelliJ do the work. manage commits, ect.
what i have done, is configure specific proxy commands in .ssh/config for github.

is there any way, for intelliJ to honor those settings? i have set to "native" the option in settings -> Version control -> git -> ssh executable

but its not working.


is this posible?
