CVS Browse Changes: How to specify tag rather than date?

How can I specify a CVS TAG to search for changes that occured after rather
than a date? Certainly not using the After field as it assumes dates only?

Also when specifying dates, no changes are listed although I know for a fact
that there are plenty of changes. I found a reference to a comment regarding
the CVS server version, but we're limited to 1.11.2-28 (RH ES3) and WinCVS
does not seem perturbed by this and gets me all the changes.

Anyone knows what's needed or how to solve this problem?
