Of all the tool windows that have no mnemonic, I need the Changes window most often. So how about making it "9: Changes", so that it's accessible with alt-9 ?
You can do that yourself too, via Settings > Keymap. Strangely Alt+9 is already mapped to "Other > ActivateFavoritesToolWindow", which does nothing since there no longer exists a separate favorites tool window.
