Teamcity plugin cannot download

Hello I just installed IntelliJ 11.0.2.  I attempted to download the Teamcity Plugin.  However a dialog pops up saying the required plugin (starteam) is not installed, would I like to install it.  The dialog is not enabled becaused the downloading plugins progress bar is modal.  There is no way to click yes or no and I need to kill the IntelliJ process.  There is also no way to install the starteam plugin first as it's not listed.

Has anyone else had this issue?
