Rubymine plugin not detecting local rvm directory

Looking for a bit of help with new Intellij IDEA 11 installation.

I would also like to use this for some jruby development so have installed the rubymine plugin. I have jruby in a local rvm installation i.e. in .rvm in home directory. Everything works from a command shell.

lntellij IDEA does not seem to be picking this directory or the jruby installation. This is on a Mac OSX 10.7.

Any help or suggestions for a new user would be creatly appreciated.
