No SAP plugin support

Hi all, after a few searches and reading some of the posts it is fairly obvious that the support for the SAP Business One plugin is not to happen @ Jetbrains.

I agree SAP in general sucks but I'm a developer that is in the dubious position of having to pipe data to a SAP Business One instance and I don't want a disparate kludgey solution like XFusion.

I would rather be ablet to use something like the Netbeans SAP plugin but there is no support for this CDDL plugin. I just want to know what is the most compelling reason for no SAP plugin support?

Now, am forced to use Netbeans IDE instead of Jetbrains' IDEA on my Grails project!

Hello David,

I don't quite understand your question. If we had unlimited resources at
our disposal, we would need to seek compelling reasons not to support a particular
technology. Since we don't, we have to do the opposite: seek compelling reasons
to support a particular technology. These reasons are usually a combination
of user demand, our view of its potential and the estimation of effort required
to implement.
