Format Code doesn't seem to work for all files in a directory
It seems that code formatting doesn't extend to all files even when
that's selected, at least for my JavaScript files.
Does anyone else experience this?

I've seen it too. And after formatting Idea brings me up a dialog like
"your files where changed on file system, do you want to load FS changes or
keep memory changes...".
It looks like formatting is performed on disk and you must synchronize your
files.
