I wondering about this as well.
Some of my Linux-using colleagues started using IDEA, and I was surprised to find that the Alloy.IDEA theme was unavailable.
(other Alloy themes are there)

Alloy.IDEA internally uses some elements from Windows L&F. While it's possible to enable it on Linux, it won't look the same.
