Annotations gutter bar : Show Diff

Hi all,

When I choose Annotate from the gutter bar and then do a "Show Diff" on the resulting list of annotations, I get an error "Error: cvs[rlog aborted]: Can't parse date/time: 1969-12-31 18:00:01". Is this a known bug or is it possible theres some sort of configuration/setup issue? All other diffs work fine; it's just the diff from the Annotations gutter bar that doesn't seem to work.
