Once upon a time: filter tests out of the package view

Once upon a time, we were able to filter tests out of the packages view.
Simple. Useful. Obvious.
Then this ability disappeared. Strange. Unannounced. Annoying.

There's a JIRA request somewhere thats keep being forgotten, and that JB
promised to fix many times over the years.
Does anybody know where this request is?
Will it skip one more major release? Again?
