navigation bar - position
Hi,
I accidentally closed "navigation bar" and now I can't place it in a position that was before - before I closed it, it was below "main toolbar", but now it is above it... is it possible to move toolbars around?

Just restart ... or open new/existing project in new window.
The Nav bar will also "jump" if you customize any menu: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEA-65881?projectKey=IDEA
