Code Format operation in 3341 (Mac OS X, Java 5) corrupts files

Reformat Code is completely broken since a couple of build (IIRC since
build 3296). For me it crashs 90% of the invocations. Then you need to
close and reopen the project. Otherwise you will not be able to use the
formatted file any more.

When I do a code reformat operation in release 3341 on OS X while running with Java 5, the Java files are corrupted most (not all) of the time. I can recover by using the local history.
