Build 3339 code formatting problem
Build 3339 has a problem formatting code containing the synchronized keyword.
The block after the synchronized keyword is indented by twice the normal indent setting.

It does not respect global style blank lines configurations as well, for example blank lines after class declaration seems to have no effect at all
