hibernate.cfg can't find resources in Intellij 10.01.

Hi,

I have just imported a project in to Intellij 10.0.1 but IntelliJ seems to be having a problem locating Hibernate resource files referenced in hibernate.cfg. This worked perfectly in IntelliJ 9. Is there a root directory setting or something that needs to be mapped?
