"Create new project from existing sources" button/link not working.

Hello trunk8,

When I click the "Create new project from existing sources"
button/link on the start page wizard area, nothing happens. The rest
of the links buttons/links on the page work just fine. Anyone else
encountering the issue? I'm running the 9.0.3 trial under XP Pro sp3
x86, w/ 32bit Java 6_u21.

Please attach %USERHOME%\.IntelliJIdea90\system\logs\idea.log
