Copy multiple files from one project to another

Which IDEA version are you using?
In 96.1020 it seems that drag&drop is broken: I can drag from windows explorer to IDEA project tree and
vice versa, but drag&drop in between two IDEA frames isn't working.

I'm in intellij 9.0.3  95.429    Is it supposed to work in GA  version of IJ?

Note that Copy and Paste are also not working. This is a serious issue .
