Running new installed IDEA 9 with restricted user throws "Couldn't load Main class"

Hi

I recently installed IDEA 9 on a Windows XP PC with Administrative privileges. I need my users to run with restricted user. When they try to run IDEA with the restricted user they get "Couldn't load Main class". If I try to run the same IDEA with the Administrative user I can run it without problems.
