Idea 9 wont start

Hello ben,

I have downloaded and install Idea 9 but it displayed error dialogs
when I try to start it. Please find the log file attached.

Please make sure that the user account under which you run IntelliJ IDEA
has write access to the C:\Documents and Settings\Ben Short\.IntelliJIdea90\
folder.

Hi,

Well Idea was able to create the C:\Documents and Settings\Ben Short\.IntelliJIdea90 directory and several under it so it must have write permissions.

If I dissable all plugins on first start up Idea will start ok.
