Alt-F not working on Clear read only status dialog

I used to be using this a lot to select the "using file system" option, but since a while, the first time you type Alt-F is capture by IDEA main window instead of the dialog. If you repeatedly press Alt-F, it ends up selecting the appropriate option but once the dialog goes away the File menu of IDEA pops up (the Alt-F captured by the main window I guess).

Has anyone seen this ?

This has been working as described above since several months, and is still doing in 92.24
