How to configure weblogic 10.3.1 ?

Actually this warning is harmless i.e. you will be able to run/deploy to the configured server. Anyway I've added an issue for the problem
(http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/IDEADEV-40671).

     No matter I add weblogic in 8.1 or 9.X eap ,I encounter a same problem as pitcure:

     how to solve it?thanks.

    things are not ok as you said cause I encounter a error prompt as running."d:\startWebLogic.cmd is not inside or outside command...".see the picutre with Chinese characters.
