cvs support broken

i am experiencing several problems using ideas cvs integration.
1. the repository-tab does only show the changes the others made. mine are invisible, except those that contain deleted or created files. except once. i don't see a pattern there.
2. when commiting files, idea sometimes doesn't tag them. sometimes it works. tagging the files directly always works. i don't see any exception that seems to cause this.

do you (jetbrains) know about this? there bugs are troubling me for some weeks now
