1071 hung while downloading plugins...
Exactly 40% through InspectionGadgets Idea decided to stop and not get started again.
I've included a thread dump for what it's worth...

happened again (on the same plugin) but this time almost immediately.
and a third time with an unrelated plugin.
At least you can download plugins. My button is greyed-out.
