Weblogic integration and IDEA 4.0

When 4.0 is released, will Weblogic integration be included? I've tested it in the current build and its a bit buggy. Regardless, in reading some of the posts, it sounds as though certain things may not be included when the release is available. As such, I'm concerned that the integration will not make it into the first release.

Also, any rumblings when the release will be official?
