keymap actions described ... where?

I'm looking at the keymap settings for 8.1 #7932. I can have one or more
keystroke/shortcuts invoke an action. Where are the actions described?
Some are pretty obvious from the titles, but a sentence or two wouldn't
hurt. Pl. advise. Thanks.

Which of the actions aren't clear? You can find them in Settings | Keymap
- some of them have extended descriptions.
