8995 Error checking stops randomly

I'm not sure if it is a result of the continuous exception I posted earlier in the forum but sometimes the error checking stops altogether.

Simple things like validating the signature of a method call.

Edit: I think the static stepping had to do with the fact I'm running Java Rebel.
