JBoss doesn't start under IDEA 7.0.2

I try to start JBoss 4.0.4 but I have error : "Error running Jboss: Address localhost:1099 is already in use"

When I run "..\jboss-4.0.4\bin\run.bat" from command line server starts succesfull.
I try to change this port (in jboss configs), but this error comes again (with changed port).
No one another application does't listern this port.
No other jboss instances is installed.

Does anybode have same problem?

I suppose that you have NOD32 installed on your machine. I had the same problem with starting local Tomcat configuration. It can be solved by disabling IMON (for v2.7), disabling 'javaw.exe' and 'idea.exe' in panel 'Advanced Configuration' > 'Antivirus and antispyware' > 'Web access protection' > 'HTTP' > 'Web Browsers' (for v3.0) or by completely uninstalling NOD32.
